I once saw a movie some years ago where a French man, a skilled a French man with rather peculiar skills in the art of perfumery made a perfume that created a rather dramatic effect on a large audience. OK I don’t want to go into the details of what exactly that dramatic effect was (in case there’s a young child somewhere sneakingly viewing this page), any way this man’s perfume had such a dramatic effect on the people in the movie as well as on the viewers of the film.
How? Because it drove a very powerful point home. My people, your scent I meant the way you smell I mean the scent that drifts up to people around you can either open doors for you or shut doors in your face. Believe me, a very good scent can make you like someone on sight, make you swoon towards a man or lady etc. Why am I blabbing….let me go straight to what designer perfumes oil are.
Simply put with no grammar, this are perfumes that mirror popular designer scents but with no alcohol in them. Usually, perfumes are diluted with alcohol to help them evaporate quickly as well as to increase the volume. For example, where they write “EDP (Eau de Parfum)” It simply means the volume of the perfume oil is more than where they write “EDT (Eau de Toilette)”. So EDT is cheaper than EDP. These alcohol diluted perfumes generally fetch the producers more money. So basically when you buy designer perfumes, you are paying for fancy expensive packaging and some alcohol content.
However, they can create harm for the skin as they contain other chemicals aside from alcohol. Perfumes have been linked with cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin reactions. However oil perfumes are pure, undiluted and lasts much longer due to the lack of alcohol so they evaporate slowly. No wonder they are gifted to kings and royalty. Whats the down side?
Their only downsides are ugly plain looking bottles: but then if the bottles are big and fancy, can you afford it?That’s a small price to pay for a cheaper, long lasting very deep and intense scent that creates no negative effect on your skin. Now you know better. Why pay over 40,000 Naira for one scent when you can buy various scents with that same cash? I mean, I wonder oooo.
